Maintenance Service
We do a weekly walk through of the facility to determine maintenance needs.
Minor maintenance of inside and outside of building includes changing light bulbs, patching up holes in the walls, unclogging toilets, removing unnecessary materials, repairing sink, fixing toilets, and etc.

Facility Maintenance
General maintenance and minor repair workers fix and maintain break rooms, sinks, cabinets and furniture, paint and flooring, fixing the plumbing, and minor electrical problems.
Equipment Repair
Our maintenance team repairs, maintains, and fixes the mechanical equipment, buildings, and machines (with minor issues). Our tasks also include changing heat/air filters, replacing light bulbs, and etc.
Exterior work
We professionally power wash and clean all exterior entrances including walkways, tile floors, windows, and parking lot areas. Pressure/leaf blower machines are the base of our exterior cleaning.
