Our Company offers Medical benefits for all full-time employees (Hourly or Salary)

Personal Days & Leave of Absence
All full-time employees (Hourly or Salary)receive a package of IBM company benefits that include the Personal days and Leave of absence benefits:
Personal days every year:
– Five Days per year
Leave of Absence for any reasons:
– Personal or Family, Medical, Injures, Military
Paid Sick Days
Employees after one year of their employment by Idaho Building Maintenance, LLC receive Sick Pay benefits. Sick pay benefits all Full-time employees in our company receive:
* Full-time employees (Five days)
* Part-time employees (None)
Reimbursable Mileage
All IBM employees from the first day of the employment will receive very good Reimbursable Mileage benefits. If any employee travels with a personal car between two, three or more locations for a daily working schedule, will receive these benefits.
* Paid travel miles between locations.
